Henry Pitts
Henry Pitts, is a servant of God for this present age to offer a word of justice and a work of empowering the disenfranchised within our society. A native of Tuskegee, AL., Henry J. Pitts was born August 3rd, 1983, into the family of the late Thomas R. Pitts, Sr., and Cecelia A. Pitts. He is the third of five siblings. He is known for his practical approach to biblical preaching and teaching that reaches the loss, offers hope to the saved, and encourages people by making a difference both spiritually and socially. A poem that’s describes the life that he wishes to live by is called, “I’d Rather See a Sermon,” by Edgar Guest. One line reads, “And the lecture you deliver may be very wise and true, but I’d rather get my lesson by observing what you do. For I may misunderstand you and the high advice you give, but there is no misunderstanding, how you act and how you live.”
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, a Master of Arts Degree in Religion, and a Master of Divinity from the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) Atlanta, GA. He has been happily married to the love of his life Angela Pitts for over 14 years and the father of Aubrey Pitts.
